Another classic commentary editon where Jason Thomas and I talk about Hangtown 1999 250 national otherwise known as the “Year of the Tortelli”
This was the second round of the AMA ’99 250 nationals and Honda’s Sebastian Tortelli was coming off a dominating 1-1 ride the previous week at Glen Helen. Jason Thomas and I sit back and call the action as we remember it. I was working for Tim Ferry at Noleen Yamaha, this would be our last race with them before Chapparal Yamaha threw us a life-line and we rode for them the rest of the year.
