Simply put, think of RSS subscriptions as you sitting on the couch turning on the news and the only news you see, is what you want to see.
If you have a Google account(Gmail is an example of a Google account), you’re already setup. Just click the subscribe link of your choice below, then to access your RSS updates, just click on “Reader” at the top left of your Google (Gmail) account page.
