Since this weekend’s race was kind of a snore fest compared to previous weeks races we decided to give you some “I don’t know mans” from Glendale! Here are some from the weekend.

Levi Kitchen’s Starts: We have heard Levi say that basically he threw everything away that he knows about starts and took in what Roczen had to say when it comes to stating procedures. I also watched a video of Levi starting from Glendale that surfaced that shows his left foot coming off of his pegs which led to a late third gear shift. These kind of small errors after the gate drop could be why Levi is missing this piece to the puzzle. We know he has the speed to run with Deegs but these mistakes at the beginning of the race is what is keeping him off of the top of the step. He knows this, we know this, but to me there has been more bad starts than good ones, which is crazy to me knowing how good that Pro Circuit Kawasaki is! I don’t know, man.

Chase Sexton’s Starts: I don’t know, man! I guess you could copy/paste the same thing we spoke about Levi in here but to me, it just looks like Chase is getting pulled the first 50 feet off the gate. The other riders next to him get a half wheel on him then he gets boxed out. A seventh in Glendale means more testing in this week I would assume for Chase and the team? It just baffles me how he and his bike can be so good then on another week he is so far off. I also understand that anyone that wins could get a seventh the next week due to the fact that the field is so deep but the way the seventh unfolded looked to me like bike set up. This isn’t a “Kawasaki isn’t good” debate but maybe more like he needs to get back to Florida (much like Webb did) to get back to center. Sometimes all it takes is being back home and in HIS routine to make it better. However, that won’t happen this week due to the fact that the next round is in Seattle and no one really wants to fly all the way to Florida then back to Seattle within a week. Rain is scheduled for next Saturday night in Seattle so look for a better Chase as he is good in muddy conditions.

Christian Craig/Eli Tomac First Turn Crash: Did anyone else here Tomac state that Craig took him out in the first corner? I don’t know, man. CC washed the front end out and then proceeded to collect the number 3 with him. No one’s fault, just a mishap. It would have been hard to beat Eli if he got the start and this year Eli has been consistently getting good starts. In Glendale you can see he gets a little off center after the gate and it forced him to back off the throttle, which led to the first corner crash. It wasn’t Christian’s fault. CC also has been riding better and in his heat race, he looked good but just got shuffled back near the finish. Learning the speed up front is what he needs and he got some of that in the Glendale heat race.

LCQ Carnage: Look, I know it’s an LCQ but what are we doing jumping off rhythms when we are mid pack? It’s like some of these dudes lose their minds when the gate drops! We have seen a lot of crashes this year just from lack of good decision making on the opening laps. If you’re mid pack on the opening lap in an LCQ, you might want to let the first lap play out in those rhythm lanes in order to stay healthy and possibly get into the main. It’s an LCQ! The quality and race craft of the riders inside of these races aren’t as good as a main event. Understand this as a rider and you will stay on the bike! I don’t know, man! I will say that Ayden Shive kid has been ripping and he looks really good! Riding with Jett/Hunter has helped 137! We just need to brush up on the podium speech and we will be dialed! I don’t know, man!

Hunter Lawrence Second Place Finishes: In 2026, you can not win a race and be in the points lead! I don’t know, man but this is where we are at currently. Mr. Consistency Hunter Lawrence is your red plate holder leading into Seattle and it is directly because he gets good starts and makes good choices for the most part. The mistake in the triple crown at Houston cost him his first win but other than that, H-Law has been on point. I would have thought he would have more in the tank at the end of the main this weekend but Kenny was just ripping. I would have never thought that we would have a points leader without a main event victory, but here we are! Welcome to 2026 Supercross! I don’t know, man! Did anyone see Lars on RDL this week? Oh that was also on the main broadcast too! Lars is awesome so I am not hating on Lars interviews like Matthes is. I don’t know, man.
