I spent a lot of this past summer following the Red Bull Royal Distributing Fox Racing KTM team around as they raced the 9 round Canadian Motocross series. With the mighty Blackfoot Yamaha team folding at the end of the 2011 season, the KTM Canada team used the oppurtunity to step up, just like their colleagues to the South, as they grabbed long time Blackfoot sponsors, Red Bull and Fox Racing and signed the top 2 riders off the BF team, defending champion, Colton Facciotti and Dusty Klatt, along with their returning MX2 title contender, Jeremy Medaglia. Things didn’t always go to plan, but that’s racing and here’s a look at their season as they took the next step.
