  1. You hit the nail on the head with this one. Comparing real world upgraded bikes is way more interesting than the same old same old stock comparison. I can’t wait to see what you come up with. Also, you asked about an idea, I have one that comes to mind as I think about your scenario of using multiple providers on this test. Rather than randomly picking suspension for each bike, to spread around the options and results, I would love to see this all with one bike. I know this may take more time and effort, but I think to get to the heart of what you were trying to accomplish with this mod test, you would want to actually compare mods, rather than bikes. In other words, once a guy buys a Yamaha or Kawasaki, they then want to know what is the best set up. They don’t care anymore about what a competitors bike set up may be. So, I would love to see, and never get in these shootouts, a Kawasaki 450 with ProCircut suspension vs Factory Conn. vs Enzo, etc. You get the idea. I would buy a magazine that was geared specifically for Kawasaki if it was available, since that’s what I chose.

Anyhow, love the podcast and the insights. Keep it up!
